Summary

When the Stars Begin to Fall: Matt – Matt’s Grandma has been dead for three years. Fourteen year-old Matt’s Grandpa lovingly tends to the tree she and the rest of the family planted before her death. Grandpa wants to make sure that the tree does not die of thirst during a drought. For that reason, he will not leave to visit.So, Matt goes to visit him.

After dinner and watering the tree, Matt and Grandpa sit outside under the stars with Grandpa’s dog, Dog, a brown-and-white spaniel.
