New York City

New York City is the most populous city in the United States. Candace moves to New York City after graduating from college. She eventually acquires a job as a project manager at a company called Spectra. Although she does not find the job very fulfilling, she remains in the job for years because of the stability it provides. She only stops working there and moves away from new York City after the city becomes almost completely deserted following the spread of Shen Fever.
