Chapters 21-25 Summary

Mitch and Donatella are now out of the restaurant and walk side by side through a park. Out of habit, Mitch walks on the left side and Donatella walks on the right. This is so they can reach their guns easier. Mitch continues to ask who hired her, and Donatella says she needs time to think. She knows if she says it was Ben Freidman, her life in Italy would end. She realizes she needs to get Mitch off her back and decides she will have to try and get the information from Freidman somehow. Rapp squeezes Donatella's hand three times, and the two of them stop. Mitch starts speaking in code, telling Donatella that he has met her at 11:30 three time this week. Donatella looks over Mitch's shoulder at the direction of 11:30 and sees a man in a car watching...
