Summary

In Chapter Thirty-three, Ari has been bombarded with gifts from Rafe ever since she returned to teaching. She has decided that she should just give in to her desire for him. His last gift held a note inviting her to spend the evening with him. She sees him in class but is disappointed when he leaves before the end of class. Outside her building he is waiting with a Jaguar and orchid. She agrees to go with him only if he allows her to be in control. They eat dinner, then commence their sexual time. Ari teases him by tying his arms behind his back and not allowing him to touch her. When he can stand it no longer, he breaks free and takes charge, making Ari tell him that he is in control.
