Chapters 35-41 Summary

In Chapter 35, Jesse and Jenn are in Jesse's apartment at the end of the day. Jesse tells her about the Florence Horvath case and how it has turned into a "cesspool". When Jenn asks if he can now get both Darnell and Ralston for statutory rape, Jesse tells her that he probably can, but it isn't enough. He is convinced that either Darnell or Ralston - or possibly both - killed Florence Horvath, and he wants them for murder.

In Chapter 36, Thomas Ralston comes into the police station at Jesse's request. Jesse tells him that he is investigating the death of Florence Horvath and shows him the headshots from the video, which Ralston says he doesn't recognize.
