Chapter 27 Summary

Kaitlin drives over to Becky's house to talk to her. There, both girls make up and hug. Kaitlin explains to Becky that she hopes she and Bram will be a new start for the Crutchfields and the Malones.

Chapter 27 Analysis

Kaitlin repairs her relationship with Becky and prepares for the party at Bram's house. Kaitlin is resolved that she will have a new start with Bram. All of her attempts to right the wrongs she has caused have been at least moderately successful so far, leading Kaitlin to believe -perhaps prematurely and naively- that the end with Bram will be the same.
