Summary

In Chapter 27, the investigative team got back together at the office after a weekend off. Morgan told Lance and Sharp that Tessa’s father was not dead, but in jail, for vehicular homicide. Lance’s mother called and told them that she had discovered Dean was a veteran who had gotten his teaching license after leaving the service. He worked at the local high school, but he resigned last year after a student said she saw him kissing another student. Mrs. Kruger had also discovered that Dwayne was member of a gang called the WSA.
