Summary

Zoey's father comforted her in "Zoey: The Wall." When she awoke early the next morning, she perused more drawings in her father's book. They were girls with special powers, like flight and lightning, until she reached one with the inscription, "REGINA" (305). Then, another depiction showed three girls killing one another. Zoey decided that she needed to ask for help. Her father insisted that she must stay on the island, especially since her "power" had been "awakened" to fight the beast (310). Zoey left without the hesitant Marion and headed to her father's rowboat. Despite her vigorous rowing and swimming, a gentle but firm wall held her back. Agent Briggs pulled her onto a boat full of men from the Hand of Light before she lost consciousness. The Rock knew the girls wanted to escape, but could not allow them...
