Chapter Twenty-Three and Twenty-Four Summary

Hollins explains himself by saying he needed money and that's what got him into the situation. He knew Ford couldn't help him with the money, but he could help him find Jake. The man that was hanging by the tree on the island was a thug hired by the Sealife Development Corporation to kill Rafe and instead, Hollins got him. Since the man was about his size, he hung him from the tree, changed clothes with him and let everyone think that he had committed suicide. Mario DeArmand was the one coming after Rafe, so he quickly pushed the body through the coroner's office in order to have the situation fixed faster.

After Hollins is finished talking, Jessica tries to explain her actions by saying that Benny had taken videos of her when she was on drugs...
