Chapter Five and Six Summary

Ford takes a swim with a manatee in an effort to work off the pain from the fight. As he is fixing sharks for a shipment to a biology class for his business, he finally receives his call from Bernstein. It turns out that Bernstein was Ford's replacement in Central America. Ford asks him to put out feelers to see what information he can gather about Jake Hollins or Rafe in general to help with his search for the boy. In order to get Bernstein to help him, Ford makes up a lie that he saw what Bernstein did in the first two weeks he was in the country and has pictures to prove it. Bernstein quickly agrees to help him.
