Summary

In Chapter 15, narrated by Morgan, when Jonah visits to take the kitchen door off its hinges, he tells Morgan they have to talk about the possibility that Elijah is Chris’ biological child. If it is true, it would make Elijah and Clara half-siblings. Jonah says he would tell Elijah the truth if he asked, but Morgan says that she does not ever want Clara to know.

After Jonah leaves, Morgan thinks about the day she found out she was pregnant with Clara. She, Jenny, Jonah, and Chris had gone to the lake.
