There are several examples in the book where Rees was asked by the Lord to put God before his family. How do you feel about God asking this of Rees? Do you think Rees responded appropriately? If you were in Rees' shoes would you have responded the same way? Could you leave your child behind to be cared for by someone else even if God asked?
