Summary

In Book Three, "Barry, November 6, 2018," Helena tells Barry all the things she knows about him and his life. She explains her experiences with the chair and Slade, warning Barry of the dangers. She says FMS is a direct result of the chair. Together they drive to Helena's warehouse where is she independently rebuilding the chair. She begins telling him things that will happen in the future. She tells him they have worked together in other lives. In another iteration, they already attempted raiding Slade's lab and had to jump in time to save themselves. She thinks if they work together on rebuilding the chair they may have a chance of saving the world. She knows if everyone continues remembering their false pasts, they will be incapable of coping.
