"Owl Net" An email from Brett to her sister refers to her (Brett's) feelings for Jeremiah, a boy at a rival school, to how "unbelievable" he's been, and to how she's planning to "reward" him soon.

"The Field House is Available at Scheduled Times for Waverly Owls to Practice Indoor Athletics" After discovering that her field hockey practice has been cancelled, Brett arranges to meet with Jeremiah.
