Summary

The second act opens in the Corbett’s living room two months later. Izzy is eating torte while helping Howie with an open house. She is four and a half months pregnant and is beginning to show. They discuss the people coming in to view the home, wondering if there are any potential prospects. Izzy suggests that Howie should have cleaned out Danny’s room and turned it into a guest room or office. When Howie inquires as to why, Izzy points out that everyone was asking about their son. New homeowners are not exactly looking to move into a house where a boy recently died. Izzy then asks Howie why Becca is mad at her, wondering if it is because she is currently pregnant or perhaps Becca blames Izzy for Danny’s death. Howie assures her that no one blames her...
