When Grandmere exits the principal's office, she's talking a him recovering soon. Amelia starts to panic, thinking that her dad's cancer is back. When they get to the limo, Grandmere tells Amelia her father is fine and that she just need to get her out of school for a personal day. They arrive at Chanel and Grandmere tells Amelia she needs a gown for a black and white ball on Friday. In the limo on the way back to school, Amelia tries to explain to Grandmere that she can't go to the ball because she has a date with Michael.
