Emily Fields

One of the "Pretty Little Liars," Emily begins as an awkward sixth-grader in the earliest part of the book, trying to steal Ali's part of the flag. She later reveals that she had a crush on Ali at this time. Bisexual, Emily has struggled with her sexuality, and been helped through her struggle by her now-boyfriend, Isaac. However, she has also dated girls in the past, including the bitter Maya, who appears to be a suspect at various points in the book. After having sex with Isaac, Emily experiences a lot of tension with his mother. Straightforward and forthcoming, Emily immediately tells Isaac this, although he doesn't believe her until much later. Also stubborn, Emily refuses to forgive him just yet. Emily is one of the more clear-minded characters.
