Chapters 7-10 Summary

John drives through the area's vineyards on his way to the ferry and makes a mental note to speak with Frederic Tobin, who was a friend of the Gordons and a winemaker. John is thinking about Plum Island and the rumors he had heard in the past that Lyme disease had come from that research facility.
