Plot Summary

Pippi Longstocking is home after being at sea with her father. She is alone with her animals until she meets Tommy and Annika, a bother and sister pair. From then on Pippi shares many adventures with Tommy and Annika, and triumphs over the adults she encounters.

Pippi Longstocking is home at Villa Villekulla after being at sea with her father. He fell overboard during a storm and disappeared, but she thinks he is on a deserted island. Her mother died when she was a baby. Therefore Pippi lives alone at her home with her monkey and horse. She has extraordinary strength and a bag of gold, which helps her to live. She meets Tommy and Annika, who are her neighbors. They become friends, and she invites them into her home to eat and give them presents. The next day, she has Tommy and Annika playing the Thing-Finder game...
