Part 3, Chapters 59-71 Summary

In "Nourishing Awareness," Hanh stresses the importance of strengthening awareness. Hanh believes that by focusing on those who suffer from hunger before one eats a meal, for example, one can strengthen his or her awareness of the blessing of food.
