Chapter 18, Lights Summary

Ashley's curiosity is aroused by Watkins's visit to Cooley's bookshop. To allay his suspicious mind, he pays a visit to the bookshop, but Cooley's assistant, Beatrix, is there. Ashley talks with Beatrix and learns that Cooley makes frequent visits to Ireland. He takes this new clue to Commander Owens.
