It is nearly a week after the terrorist took Sean Miller back and Commander Owens and FBI agent Dan Murray are no closer to discovering the whereabouts of the terrorist gang. They have managed to locate the wreckage of the rubber Zodiac the terrorists used as an escape vehicle, and once it is raised from its watery grave they will set about the tedious work of finding where everything was manufactured.
