Survival of the race

More than a decade has passed since the release of the RM virus that wiped out the majority of the human race. In that time, not one single baby has survived more than a few days. The human race is effectively dying off, and it seems there is little hope that a cure will be found. While doctors have conducted research and continued to search for a clue to helping a baby survive, the government has enacted the Hope Act - a law that requires women age eighteen and older to become pregnant as early and as often as possible.
