IPCA

IPCA is an international paranormal hunting agency. It tracks paranormal creatures and captures them, either monitoring them with an ankle tracker, imprisoning them, or killing them. They do this to keep humans safe from dangerous paranormals. They also appear to have an interest in studying less well known creatures. They enforce sterilization and treat paranormals as animals. They force them to work for the agency, and many are little more than slaves. IPCA was formed when the agencies in different countries decided to unite under one international agency. This was because of Evie, whose unique talent to see through glamours makes her valuable to every paranormal hunter. The main IPCA center is in Canada and is run by Raquel. Evie lives there until the killer attacks, then she escapes with Lend.
