'Hey, Stupid' to 'Liar, Liar, Wrist on Fire' Summary

Evie and Lend are sitting together watching a movie when Evie drifts off to sleep. She sees Vivian in the armchair watching the movie with them, and realizes that she is dreaming again. Vivian tells Evie that she is glowing brighter, and assumes she must have taken someone's soul. Evie tells her that she hasn't. Vivian tells her that they were both created by faeries, and that they need to take souls in order to keep themselves alive. That's why Evie feels so cold all the time. Vivian says the faerie court has been trying to pit her against Evie, but she wants to be a family with Evie instead. She says she will prove the dream is true by sending Evie a message on her communicator. Evie then wakes up and Lend tells her they should go to bed.
