'One of a Kind' to 'Girls, Crying, Wolves' Summary

The group get back to the house and Lend's dad patches Arianna up. He shows them the iron knuckles he used to hurt Reth with, then tells Evie that stale bread in her pocket will also keep faeries away. He lets her have her taser back, then sends her and Lend out to shop for clothes for Evie. Lend tells her more about his dad as they drive, explaining that he left APCA because he didn't approve of their methods for dealing with paranormals, such as forced sterilization.
