'Therapy Bills' to 'Poetry and Holding Hands' Summary

Evie goes to Raquel to ask what she is going to do about Reth, but instead ends up asking if she is free to leave. Raquel tries to dodge the question, but does not deny that she would prevent Evie from leaving or put an ankle tracker on her. Evie is upset and leaves. She goes to Lish and asks her what her classification is. Lish looks it up and is surprised to see that Evie is classed as a Level Seven Paranormal, meaning that she is extremely rare. The notes say that she is protected, in use, and under observation. Upset, she leaves and sees a faerie arriving. She tells the faerie that she needs transport and that this is priority. She asks to be taken to a mall in Miami where she wanders...
