Summary

In Chapter 33, Lara Jean is upset when she discovers that Josh has a new girlfriend. She cannot imagine him being with a woman who is not Margot.

In Chapter 34, Chris finds the valentine poem that Peter wrote to Lara Jean. Chris tells Lara Jean that the poem is an edited form of Annabel Lee, a poem written by Edgar Allen Poe. Lara Jean is unhappy when she discovers that Peter plagiarized the poem. Chris tells her it is no big deal. He says that it was Peter’s thought that counts, but Lara Jean is not sure.

Later, when Peter lashes out because Lara Jean is unable to attend his lacrosse game. Lara points out that he did not even write the poem he gave her for Valentine’s Day. He argues that he never claimed he wrote it and threatens not to...
