Summary

Karen wakes up to find Allison sitting in a chair next to her hospital bed. Karen starts bombarding her with questions, and Allison says she has picked Jacob up who is now at the movies with his friend Kyle. Karen asks about Dave and his apartment and Allison says that she had breakfast with him and Jacob. Eventually Karen’s questions begin to annoy Allison and she pulls a face as if to say Karen is crazy when she asks if Dave let Jacob leave the apartment. This comforts Karen and she becomes more determined to get out of hospital.

When Karen arrives back home, she spends a day on her own while Allison takes Jacob and Kyle to the park. She does some work, calling up Bev’s campaign manager, Jorge to organize some meetings. He tells her that there are rumors...
