Connell's House

Connell's house in Carricklea is a haven to which Marianne and Connell frequently retreat. While there the two are free to be both emotionally and sexually expressive without the fear of social or familial judgment. Lorraine's kind and accepting manner largely dictates the energy of the space. Even when Marianne and Connell return to the home after living in Dublin, the space retains its balancing and calming power.
