Chapter 63-71 Summary

Ian tells Chen that if he does not secure financial support from Mata and Tightfist Tung that he wants Chen's resignation Monday morning.

Kwok finally talks about thorium and China's nuclear program and how a bomb will be tested in a few weeks. Sinders and Crosse feel that the information and Kwok are very important.
