Chapter 63-71 Summary

Ian tells Chen that if he does not secure financial support from Mata and Tightfist Tung that he wants Chen's resignation Monday morning.

Kwok finally talks about thorium and China's nuclear program and how a bomb will be tested in a few weeks. Sinders and Crosse feel that the information and Kwok are very important.

Ian receives the envelop from Riko. There are pages with invisible ink that should be passed on to Sinders or the prime minister. He knows that if he turns over this kind of information, he is admitting that the other files were not real.
