The Wickedness in Humanity

Tutu notes that in a report entitled Apartheid Terrorism, which is published in October 1989, the destabilization caused by the South African Defense Force. This is responsible for the deaths of 1.5 million people, 4 million refugees, the destruction of $60 million USD in assets, and the deaths of 100,000 elephants and rhinos between 1980 and 1988.
