The author of this book reveals a great deal about herself in the work. She is an Anglo-Saxon blue-eyed blonde woman in middle or late middle age. An exercise buff, she likes to eat at great restaurants with her many prosperous friends. Ehrenreich enjoys travel adventures and clearly likes to get to know a wide variety of people from all backgrounds.
