Iris Lemon is the name of the woman who seemed to break Roy's slump with her encouraging support from the stands. He gets her phone number after seeing her at another game and sending her a note. He meets Iris one evening and she tells him she has been watching him awhile and urges him to continue being a positive influence for youth.
