Summary

In Chapter 39, in a meeting to look at the brain scans, Seimone’s scan is normal. However, the next scan the doctor puts up has a dark spot in it just like Che had thought there would be in Rosa’s brain. He does not realize that this is his own brain scan until the doctor puts up the third scan which she says is of Rosa’s brain. She explains there is even less activity in the parts of the brain that control emotions than in Che’s brain. Even though Rosa also scored much higher on the psychopathy checklist that Che, he realizes that he is more like Rosa than he thought. He is shocked by the results of the scan.
