Cindy wanted to do Saturday Night Live but Lorne wanted both Cindy and Penny. They had agreed to be on a float in New Orleans for Mardis Gras where Henry Winkler was going to be Bacchus and lead the parade. Lorne decided to do SNL live from New Orleans with Penny, Cindy, Henry and others. Bill Murray had just signed on as a new cast member.
