Summary

Brendan attends a meeting of the Autism Awareness Network because he wants to see Amber again. A few of the students give presentations about their autistic siblings, and then Brendan talks about his autistic half brother Jon-Jon. Brendan talks about how Jon-Jon sometimes suffers extreme emotional breakdowns. He talks about when his father, stepmother, and Jon-Jon came to campus to visit him for parents weekend, and Jon-Jon had an emotional episode after seeing an airplane fly overhead, as Jon-Jon does not like airplanes. The narrative then shifts to Eve, who goes to a bar with Margo and some of the other students from the gender studies class after a class session one evening.
