That night, Bond is in his bedroom at Drax's house. He's using the room previously inhabited by Tallon. In the room is a locked filling cabinet that Bond manages to break into and examine the contents. In the top drawer, he finds several maps of the area. Bond spreads out one of them and uses his fingerprinting tools to see if it had been used. He finds two sets of prints, and their location on the map draws Bond's eyes to a faint line drawn on it. The lines start at Drax's house and spread out to the sea. Bond suspects they indicate some object observed out at sea. At the point where the lines meet, someone has drawn a question.....
