Summary

In “The Killer,” Andreas and Susan drove to Heath House. Susan told Martin she knew he was pretending to have killed Frank because he was trapped in an unhappy marriage in which his wife bullied him. Joanne was afraid of Frank because she believed he was capable of murder. Susan informed Martin that she had proof he had tried to kill her. She asked Martin to reassure her that he was not really trying to kill her, just to frighten her and strengthen his image as a real man.

After Martin agreed that Susan was right, Susan suggested she might go to the police. She and Andreas left, but Martin followed them out, assuring Susan again that he had not intended to hurt her. He asked her not to call the police. At that moment, Andreas punched Martin...
