Deputy Chief Lucas Davenport

Deputy Chief Lucas Davenport is a detective with the Minneapolis Police Department. Lucas is a wealthy man who has made a great deal of money developing games, both role playing games and computer games, as well as police training simulations. This side job has turned into a lucrative business that Lucas oversees when not working on important cases for the police department.
