Chapters 7-9 Summary

As Sandy sleeps, he wonders if Adnarel knows about the upcoming flood. He wraps his arms around Higgaion, and it reminds him of when he was little, sleeping with a stuffed triceratops. Sandy feels the scarab beetle on the mammoth's ear. He is soothed into sleep.

The next day he talks with Adnarel about the flood and proposes a plan for getting home using unicorns. Adnarel agrees that his plan is possible. He asks the seraph about Yalith and finds out that she is taking care of Dennys. He is slightly jealous.

Later in the day an extremely beautiful girl comes to talk with him. She says it's nice to see him again, and Sandy realizes that she must have met Dennys. It's Tiglah, Anah's sister. She begins seducing him, and he is slightly drawn to her, yet slightly repelled at...
