Frank arrives at his workplace to beg for his job back only to learn that his boss has already replaced him. Frank lies and says he is there to get his tools. While he is collecting them, Frank talks to his former foreman. The man, Ed McCarthy, tells Frank that he is talented and should consider going into business for himself.
