House on Old Malibu Road

Mick buys this house on Old Malibu Road for June when she comes home from the hospital after giving birth to Nina. June is still living in this house when Carol knocks on her door and gives her Hud, telling her that he is Mick’s son. June’s heart is broken. Mick breaks her heart again when he tells her he is leaving her for another woman. She is left crying in the driveway when he drives away. Years later, June drowns in the bathtub of this house when she gets drunk and decides to have a bath. Nina and her younger siblings continue to live there without either of their parents.
