Third Floor of Steere House Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Providence

The third floor of Steere House is the place where most of the action takes place. It is the floor of the nursing home on which Oscar lives. Dosa has several patients who also live on this floor of the nursing home, putting him in contact with Oscar. Dosa begins researching Oscar when the day shift nurse tells him that Oscar has the uncanny ability to predict the deaths of the resident who live on that floor.
