Summary

Instead of leading Mayor Tourtell and Kasi to safety, as he had claimed to be doing, Lennox instead leads them to a stretch of a parking garage where SWAT members Olafson and Seyton have a clear shot at sniping the mayor from the top of a neighboring building. However, when Lennox actually does lead the group to the stretch of the parking garage (just before where his car has been strategically parked), he suddenly decides to abort the plan, and walks in such a way that he knowingly puts himself between the mayor and Olafson's shot. Under Seyton's command, Olafson shoots anyway, hitting Lennox just before he reaches the safety of his car. Lennox, the mayor, and Kasi are then suddenly approached by Malcolm, Duff, and Caithness, who attempt to help them. In the chaos, Kasi flees on foot, and eventually hides in...
