Ninth Week: The Organization Man; Tenth Week: Journey's End Summary

Harvey and Mark are splitting rocks, and Harvey notes that someone has figured the necessary caloric intake for those working at this manual labor, but that his stomach doesn't think it's enough. Alice Cox arrives, summoning Harvey to Jellison's house. There he finds a meeting that includes the major and police chief, as well as George Christopher.
