Harvey and Mark are making their way into the mountains in search of Gordie, Andy and the Scouts. As they're searching for a place to camp, they smell wood smoke and climb in that direction. They are suddenly told to stop by a young girl, and then Andy approaches. Harvey rushes to Andy who immediately asks about his mother. As Harvey explains her fate, Andy and the girl stand together. Harvey is then taken on to the makeshift camp, where Gordie is waiting with the other scouts and girls that Harvey discovers are also Scouts.
