PETER- Turn (pages 81-89)

New York has a feeling of emptiness. Concerts and events get cancelled. School resumed six days following the incident. Peter recognizes a new air of caring among his fellow students. He also recognizes the fear. People tend to stick to quieter less obvious places when they go on outings, avoiding the obvious targets of a potential terrorist attack.

Peter and his friend John investigate whether the Travis concert will be cancelled, but it is not. They both reflect that they would also play if they were in that situation. They must go through security when they get to Radio City Music Hall, and soon they discover that though the concert is sold out, there are hundreds of empty seats.
