Chapter 5 Summary

Bill, Sookie, and Stan discuss the possibility that the Fellowship of the Sun, and anti-vampire group that Godfrey has associated himself with, is behind the kidnapping of Farrell. It is suggested that perhaps this Fellowship plans to force Farrell to meet the Sun along with Godfrey. However, Stan does not understand how this group could have learned of Sookie's arrival at the airport and wonders if he has a spy among his group. Sookie suggests the room might be bugged and begins searching. Sookie finds a bugging device under the table. Bill brings a vampire and her human lover into the room to dispose of the bug without alerting whoever might be listening.
