Mr. Big presses a button on the intercom sitting on his desk. He speaks to someone and orders him to hurt Leiter considerably and then drop him off in front of the hospital. He then turns his attention back to Bond and orders one of his men to break the small finger on Bond's left hand. The man gladly does so; Bond tries to control the pain but finds it hard to remain calm. He finally passes out from the pain. Mr. Big orders his man to wake up Bond, which the man does. Mr. Big tells Bond that he must leave the United States immediately. He warns Bond that if he sees him again he will kill him. Mr. Big then instructs.....
